In 2025, market regulation authorities organized and carried out special enforcement campaigns, including those targeting intellectual property rights violations. They further strengthened governance in key sectors, key commodities, and key markets, actively leveraged the deterrent effect of administrative law enforcement, effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of right holders and consumers, safeguarded market order, and fostered a sound business environment.

Through various special campaigns, nearly 580,000 related cases were investigated and handled. Among them, 37,000 cases involved trademark infringement and patent counterfeiting. Approximately 74,000 enforcement actions were conducted targeting key physical markets with high and frequent occurrences of infringement and counterfeiting.
